Your wedding day is about you. I work with a couple to create a personal and joyous experience. I believe in the personal touches. We will get together and discuss your day and design your ceremony to reflect you! It can be short and sweet, it can include readings and performances by family and friends, or special traditions that are important to you both.
Vow Renewal
Celebrate your marriage that has stood the test of time. Ten or Twenty or Fifty years, choose a time that you want to reconfirm you love and commitment to one another. Sometimes you want to surround yourself with more family friends than you had on the big day, or perhaps you want a small and intimate opportunity to reaffirm your love. While you have made your commitment to each other already the passion of that commitment is still strong. Vow Renewals are for you to celebrate again the beauty and joy of your union. Working with you I will design a ceremony to reaffirm your love in a way that is personal to yours.
Baby Naming Ceremonies
Becoming a parent is one of the most exciting and magical experiences in life. Reflecting this precious and joyous time is my goal when planning and hosting Baby Naming Ceremonies. This day is about celebrating you and your baby. I will design a ceremony with you to capture this joy and share it with your loved ones. This includes sharing the name and the reason why you chose it for your child, and choosing important people to stand as guardians.
Master of Ceremonies
At your wedding reception the role of an MC is an important part of this very special occasion. Her sense of humour and fun will make your reception memorable, as well as keeping the festivities of the evening on schedule. Emilie will liase with everyone involved – from the bridal party to the venue staff, to ensure the evening runs smoothly.
